What is California title 24 and do the products you sell comply with the regulations?

Is it more cost-effective to replace all windows at once?
Replacing all your windows simultaneously, rather than in phases, offers significant financial savings in the long run. The total cost for a complete window overhaul usually ranges from $700 to $3,500 per 3 feet.
How heavy will my shipment be when it arrives to my location?
The weight can range from 100lbs to 700lbs+ depending on the order quantity and its recommended you have at least 2 extra people to help the driver carry the loads to the driveway.
How soon will my order ship?
Shipping will be 24-48 hours after the payment is received. Out of state deliveries will take 7-10 business days. Deliveries within the state of California normally take 2-3 business days. Unless payment is made via bank wire do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico or international outside of the United States.
Can I pick up my order from the warehouse?
Yes contact us first before you purchase so we can provide you a coupon code to waive the shipping fee and then bring your company truck or van only after we confirm your shipment is ready to be picked up at our warehouse location in either Northridge or Los Angeles when notified via email. If you already placed your order, we will issue you the delivery fee you paid either by zelle or check within 24-48 hours after pick up.
How soon will my custom order be ready?
Custom order doors and windows begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. Lead Time for all custom orders take 6-8 weeks.

Do you offer installation services, and what distinguishes your delivery team?
No, at Window 2 Door we don't provide installation services but our delivery team makes sure your order arrives in a timely manner based on your expected delivery date. The delivery team can recommend installation experts to you thats focuses on meticulous precision and careful attention to every detail that can include a flawless installation of your windows and doors, ensuring they perform excellently and last a long time.
What type of upkeep do your windows and doors need?
Our windows and doors require very little upkeep. Typically, cleaning them with gentle soap and water does the trick. Plus, we offer maintenance instructions to assist you in keeping your windows and doors in top shape for many years to come.
Tracking your Order?
We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, so you can keep tabs on its progress. This number helps you monitor the delivery status and estimate when it will arrive.
Multiple items in one order?
Please note that if you've ordered multiple items, they might be delivered separately. This can happen as items are often dispatched from different warehouses to speed up the delivery process.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes we do, please contact us to save 5% on your order if you are a Military Veteran, Teacher, Healthcare Nurse, Doctor, Law Enforcement, or First Responder. Proof is required such as a document or valid ID.
What is Low-E glass?
Low-E glass, which stands for Low-Emissivity or Low-Emittance, features a microscopic coating that enhances a window's thermal efficiency.
How do I know if i still have warranty?
Your warranty is valid for five years, and the hardware is covered for two years from the date of purchase. The manufacturer will provides a one-time replacement.
What is the return policy?
We provide a 30-day return policy for all standard orders. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date. Please note that product must be returned in same brand new condition as received and uninstalled.
Please be aware that custom orders are non-refundable. Custom orders are items specifically made or modified to meet your specifications.
Can I return my product if its the wrong size, color or opening?
If Window 2 Door made the mistake yes you can, unfortunately if the client made the mistake then no a return is not eligible because we review and confirm with the client before placing an order.
How many people are needed to install a bifold/sliding door?
The installation process typically involves two individuals. One person is needed to hold the door steady while the other secures the hardware and adjusts the alignment. This process includes measuring the doorway, cutting the track to size, drilling the necessary holes, fitting the hinges, brackets, and pivots, and finally, mounting the door panels.
Do you have videos showing the products?
Yes, please click on any item in the store and there should be a youtube play button to watch a quick video of the product demo.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we currently offer free shipping within a 60 mile radius from Los Angeles California zip code 91324. From 60-90 miles the local rate is $250 fee and after that will not be considered local anymore and the shipping charge will change accordingly.
What info do I need to provide to get parts under warranty?
Please provide your invoice or purchase order number. We will verify if your warranty is active based on the date of purchase. The manufacturer also provides a one-time replacement of defective hardware at no additional cost.
How do I file a claim?
Please send an email to sales@window2door.com and include your invoice or purchase order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach a photo or video showing the problem areas.
